The most frequently asked question is “do I have to be in great shape to take a pole class?” the answer is NO.

Every woman who comes to class is concerned about this issue and most everyone doesn’t feel very sexy, but that is what pole class is all about. It will help you discover that inner sexy confidence and get back into shape with other woman just like you.

Class is very private and is shared in a comfortable class with other average, everyday woman who want to lose some weight as well.
